Nathan is often consulted to design tax-effective cross-border structures for Canadian businesses expanding into the U.S. (and vice versa) and also advises individuals arriving and leaving Canada. Nathan regularly meets with accountants, financial planners, and other lawyers to discuss planning opportunities that may be available to their clients.
