Seats are not “held” when a registration without payment is received under any circumstances. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.

Discounts must be applied at the time of registration and are not retroactive. If a registrant is not eligible for an applied discount, the balance owing must be paid to confirm registration.

  • Accommodation Discount: The $300 discount applies to registrants who book a minimum of 3 nights using the “AXA” group at the Holiday Inn Disney Springs and must be applied at time of registration. Each “discount” must have a separate reservation and confirmation code. Not applicable if booked through travel agency or online travel agent.
  • Early Bird Discount: To be eligible for the discount, registration and full payment must be received by June 23, 2017.
  • Electronic Textbook Only Discount – Registrants who opt out of receiving the physical textbook will receive a link to access the textbook 1 week prior to the seminar. Registrants are responsible for downloading the textbook and for advising Video Tax News immediately if they do not receive this email. No additional physical textbook will be available at the seminar.

Registrants are required to visibly display their Access Pass for admittance to all seminar sessions, lunches and reception.
