Dwayne Dueck
Dwayne Dueck is a tax partner at Tenisci Piva LLP Chartered Professional Accountants in Kamloops, BC with 21 years of experience in tax advisory services, including more than a decade at a Big 4 accounting firm. Dwayne has extensive knowledge in a broad range of tax compliance and tax advisory services. His practice includes tax consulting services for small to medium CPA firms and professionals in BC, Alberta and the Yukon. He has been a seminar leader and facilitator with CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course for 13 years and an instructor of professional development tax courses for CPA BC from 2017 to 2020. Dwayne is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Fraser Valley Tax Technical Group.
Dwayne’s experience encompasses corporate, trust, partnership and personal tax compliance and taxation of non-residents of Canada. He advises private corporations on corporate reorganizations and mergers, tax effective structuring for the sale or acquisition of private businesses as well as shareholder-employee compensation. He is also actively engaged in succession, estate tax planning and business advisory services for private enterprises and their families.
Dwayne is a founding and executive committee member of Marketplace Leaders, a grass-roots organization that works to engage, develop and equip business leaders. He is a past treasurer and past board member for Kamloops Alliance Church and has served on several other not-for-profit and business advisory boards and committees.
