Location: Edmonton Office, minimal to no travel

Length: August 28, 2023 – March 8, 2024 (start date is flexible)

You will be key in facilitating a smooth and efficient experience for our virtual seminar registrants including administrative tasks in coordination with our event staff, supporting the presenters, and troubleshooting registrant issues that arise. Your friendly and efficient support will ensure each client gets full value from our seminars.

Job Type: Permanent full-time

Are you efficient? Customer-focused? Great at communicating? Organized? Consider joining the Video Tax News team as our Customer Service Representative! You would be the first line of communication for clients with questions and support requests. Communicating via email, online chats, phone, social media, and in-person, your friendly and efficient support will ensure each client gets full value from the available services and products.
